Now Available on Audiobook

Today marks yet another milestone of A Coat Dyed Black: A Novel of the Norwegian Resistance. Wendy and I are proud to announce we’re officially releasing the book as an audiobook. It’s now available on Amazon’s Audibles, Apple iBooks, Barnes & Noble audiobooks, and many other online platforms where audiobooks are sold.

Since the book’s release, Wendy and I have received many questions about whether it could be listened to besides being read. But we decided to wait until we could gage reader interest. We since have been overjoyed and overwhelmed by the wonderful response and positive comments and reviews. It was time to add a new dimension for A Coat Dyed Black

We subsequently engaged our friend, notable Canadian author, playwright and actor Chris Humphreys to narrate our audiobook. Chris, a best-selling author of a dozen novels who has played leading roles from London’s West End to Hollywood, had just released his latest book, Someday I’ll Find You, also about the Norwegian resistance and inspired by his parents’ experiences. His Norwegian mother was a spy for Norway during World War II and his father was a RAF Spitfire pilot during the Battle of Britain. He writes under C.C. Humphreys. Chris’ rich British voice and acting skill served as a perfect fit for our book’s settings.

For us, the release of A Coat Dyed Black on audiobook is a ground-breaking moment, and we thank you all for supporting the book in all forms.
